A sports day is being held for the local community this Saturday on the common. There will be different sporting events, including a mums’ and dads’ race, a football tournament and a tomato throwing contest. Please come along and bring your sports clothes!
And now for the weather. Temperatures are gradually rising and today should be 22 degrees. This warm weather is expected to last for a few days, so ensure you have your suntan lotion on! On Tuesday a cold front from the south will cause temperatures to drop, but only by a few degrees.
