Oh, I love fruits! They’re so juicy and delicious. My favorite is definitely watermelon – it’s so refreshing, especially in the hot Iranian summers.

As for the most delicious fruit, it’s tough to choose, but I’d say pomegranate. It’s bursting with flavor and has a beautiful, ruby red color.

I enjoy vegetables too! My favorite is probably cucumber, it’s crunchy and refreshing.

Absolutely! Fruits and vegetables are super good for me! They’re packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber that help keep me healthy and strong. They give me energy, boost my immune system, and can even help prevent certain diseases.

  • Are you or would you like to be vegetarian? Why or why not?

I’m not vegetarian, but I’m thinking about trying it! I love vegetables and fruits so much, and I admire people who choose to live that lifestyle.  Maybe I’ll give it a try for a while to see how I feel.

  • How often do you drink fruit juice? What kind of fruit juice do you drink?

I drink fruit juice every day, usually in the morning. I like orange juice and grape juice, but I also love to try different combinations, like pomegranate juice mixed with apple juice!

  • What does the saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” mean?  Explain. 

The saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” means that eating apples regularly can help you stay healthy and avoid getting sick. It’s a bit of a proverb, suggesting that apples contain nutrients that boost your immune system and prevent illness.

  • What are the most common fruits and vegetables in your country? Name. 

The most common fruits in Iran are watermelon , grapes , apples , pomegranates, oranges, dates, and figs . For vegetables, we have tomatoes, cucumbers , onions , potatoes, carrots , spinach, and parsley.

  • Can fruits and vegetables help you cure diseases? Explain. 

Fruits and vegetables can’t cure diseases, but they can definitely help prevent them! Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables strengthens your immune system and reduces your risk of developing chronic illnesses.

  • Can fruits and vegetables help you lose weight if you are on a diet? Explain. 

Yes, absolutely! Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and fat, and they’re full of fiber, which helps you feel full and satisfied. They’re great for adding to a weight-loss diet because they help you stay energized while controlling your hunger.

  • Do you like to use things that have a fruit smell? ( E.g: Perfumes, erasers, etc) why or why not?

I love the smell of fruit! I especially like using perfumes with citrusy scents, like lemon and orange, because they’re so refreshing and uplifting. I even have a little fruit-shaped eraser on my desk, it just makes studying a little bit more fun!
