  • Can you talk about three things you like about yourself? Explain. 

My curiosity, I love learning new things, exploring different ideas, and asking questions. I feel like my curiosity helps me grow as a person and see the world in new ways. I also love expressing myself through writing, art, and music. I find joy in finding new ways to be creative and share my ideas with others. Plus, I try to be kind and compassionate to others, even when it’s challenging. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and understanding. It makes me feel good to help others, even in small ways.

 

  • Can you talk about three things you dislike about yourself? Explain. 

Sometimes I struggle to stay organized and get things done on time. I know I need to work on being more disciplined and managing my time better. Sometimes I just get lost in my thoughts and forget about deadlines! Also, it can be hard for me to speak up in front of groups, especially in new situations. I’m trying to overcome this by challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone more often. I want to be more confident and express my opinions freely. Plus, I can be quite hard on myself sometimes and doubt my abilities. I’m trying to learn to be more forgiving and accepting of my imperfections. We all make mistakes, and it’s okay to not be perfect!

 

  • Can you talk about three things that scare you? Explain. 

The thought of losing loved ones scares me deeply. It’s a natural part of life, but it’s something I’d rather not think about too much. Also, I value connection and feeling loved. The idea of being alone and isolated scares me. I’d rather surround myself with people who care about me. Plus, I’m afraid of not reaching my full potential and failing to achieve my goals. I know I need to keep trying and persevere even when things get tough.

 

  • Can you talk about three things you need to do everyday? Explain. 

I cherish spending time with my family and friends. It’s important for me to feel connected to the people I care about. Also, I’m always eager to expand my knowledge and understanding of the world. I try to read, listen to podcasts, or watch documentaries every day. Plus, I love learning English and improving my skills. I try to speak English every day, even if it’s just with myself.

 

  • Can you talk about three of your favorite bands that you listen to now? 

Coldplay: I love their music! It’s so inspiring and full of emotion.

Imagine Dragons: Their songs are energetic and powerful.

BTS: I appreciate their experimental and thought-provoking music.

 

  • Can you talk about three of your favorite movie genres or movies?

Comedy: I love to laugh! Iranian comedies are so funny. They’re great for escaping from everyday stress and just enjoying a good time.

Drama: dramas often explore complex social and cultural themes, and they always make me think about life in a new way. “A Separation” by Asghar Farhadi is a powerful drama about a family facing a difficult decision. It’s a must-see!

Animation: I love animated movies because they’re so creative and imaginative! I think animation is a great way to tell stories and explore different worlds. I loved “The Little Prince”. It’s a beautiful story about friendship, love, and imagination.

Travel to a new country: I’ve always wanted to explore more of the world!

Improve my English even more: I’m determined to become fluent in English.

Learn a new skill: Maybe coding or playing a musical instrument.

I can’t cook. Don’t get me wrong, I can make an average rice dish, but anything more complicated than that… well, let’s just say it’s a work in progress. My mom is a fantastic cook, and everyone expects me to inherit her skills. But honestly, I’m more interested in creating music than creating culinary masterpieces. I’d rather go out and try new foods than spend hours in the kitchen! I’m not a fan of team sports. I find them a bit too competitive and I’d rather focus on individual pursuits like playing the piano or dancing. I do enjoy a good game of badminton with my friends sometimes, but I’m not about to join any leagues or anything. I’m not a math whiz, and to be honest, I’ve never been very good at it. It just doesn’t click for me. Maybe it’s because I’m more of a creative thinker. I can understand the logic of it, but I’d rather be writing poetry than solving equations.

I love the challenge of learning different languages. It’s like opening a window to another culture and way of thinking. I’m currently focusing on improving my English, but I’m also interested in learning French or Spanish. Music is a big part of my life. I started playing the piano when I was young, and it’s a great way to relax and express my feelings. Sometimes I even write my own music! I devour books whenever I can. I love reading about history, science fiction, and anything that sparks my imagination. I even joined a book club with some friends, and we discussed our favorite books together.
