  • Has what you eat for breakfast changed over the years? Explain.

I used to have a very traditional Iranian breakfast, full of flatbreads like Noon Barbari and Noon Sangak, and lots of herbs and fresh vegetables. But as I got older and more into studying English, I started experimenting with different things. Now, I still love traditional dishes, but I also enjoy oatmeal with fruit, granola, yogurt with berries, or even a good old-fashioned egg sandwich.

  • Do you prefer to eat breakfast alone or with other people? Why?

Honestly, I prefer to have breakfast alone. It’s my quiet time to wake up, enjoy my coffee, and plan out my day. I find it’s a great way to start the day with a clear mind.

  • Do you ever eat breakfast in a restaurant or canteen etc.?

Sometimes, I’ll grab breakfast at a cafe or bakery. It’s nice to try new things, and it’s a great change of pace. Plus, they usually have amazing pastries!

  • Is the breakfast you usually eat healthy? Explain.

I try to make my breakfast healthy most of the time. I always include some protein, like eggs or yogurt, and lots of fruits and vegetables. I know a good breakfast fuels me up for the day, and I feel better physically and mentally.

  • How often do you skip breakfast or have it on the go? why?

I rarely skip breakfast. I find it gives me the energy I need to focus on my studies and be productive. But, I confess, sometimes I’m running late and grab a quick bite on the go, like a fruit or yogurt.

  • Do you prefer to eat “lunch-style food” or “dinner-style food” for breakfast? Why?

I prefer lunch-style food for breakfast.  I enjoy things that are lighter and more refreshing, like salads, sandwiches, or yogurt. But, I’m not opposed to having a hearty breakfast if I’m feeling extra hungry.

  • How important is having breakfast? Explain.

Breakfast is super important for me!  It sets the tone for my whole day. I feel more focused, energized, and ready to tackle anything.

  • Do you prefer to make your own breakfast? Why or why not?

I love making my own breakfast. It’s a fun and creative way to start the day. Plus, I can control what goes into my food.  It’s a nice feeling to know I’m fueling my body with something healthy and delicious.

  • Must breakfast be eaten in the morning? Explain.

I agree, breakfast is best enjoyed in the morning! It’s a time of transition from sleep to wakefulness, and a good meal helps to ease into the day. Plus, it’s just a fun tradition that I love.

  • Do you prefer a cooked breakfast? Why or why not?

I enjoy both cooked and uncooked breakfast. A cooked breakfast is great on weekends when I have more time.  It’s a comforting tradition to make pancakes or eggs and enjoy them with my family.  But, during the week, I often go for a quick and easy uncooked option.
