1- Do you see yourself as a typical man or woman? Why or why not?
I don’t really see myself as “typical” because everyone is unique in how they think and act. I do relate to many common traits associated with women, like being empathetic and emotionally aware. But I also have qualities that aren’t gender-specific, like being logical and independent. I think the idea of “typical” is shifting these days. People are more free to express themselves in their own way, regardless of gender.
2- In your country are the responsibilities of a mother the same as the responsibilities of a father to their families?
Traditionally, mothers are expected to handle the home and children while fathers focus on earning money. But that’s changing now. More families are sharing responsibilities, with both parents working and raising kids together. Still, in some places, cultural expectations make it harder for men to take on domestic roles. It really depends on the family and how progressive they are.
3- What things can either men or women do that the other cannot do and why?
Biologically, women can give birth and breastfeed, and men can’t. On the flip side, physical strength differences can make some tasks easier for men, but that’s not a hard rule anymore. Mentally and emotionally, both genders are capable of the same things. Society used to limit what people could do based on gender, but now the lines are blurring. It’s more about individual capability than gender.
4- Can men wear women’s clothing or can women wear men’s clothing? Why or why not?
Yes, anyone can wear whatever they feel comfortable in. Fashion is just an expression, and clothes don’t have a gender. Society might judge based on old norms, but that’s starting to shift too. Comfort and confidence matter more than labels. As long as it doesn’t harm anyone, people should dress how they like.
5- Is it common for women and men to take part in sporting activities? Do they take part in the same type of sporting activities?
Yes, both men and women are active in sports these days. Some sports still have gender divisions, like men’s and women’s leagues, mostly for fairness in competition. But interest-wise, many women enjoy football or martial arts, and many men enjoy yoga or dance. There’s more crossover now than ever before. It really comes down to personal interest.
6- Are there more male or female managers and executives? Why do you think this is?
There are still more male executives, mostly because of historical inequality and systemic bias. In the past, women weren’t given the same leadership opportunities. That’s slowly changing with more women stepping into powerful roles. But family responsibilities and workplace discrimination can still make it harder for women to climb the ladder. It’s a work in progress.
7- When a woman and a man are together, who does most of the talking? What makes you think so?
It depends on the individuals, but in casual settings, women tend to talk more. Women are generally more expressive and open in conversations. Men might talk less, especially about emotions, because they’re taught to stay reserved. But if the guy is extroverted or passionate about a topic, he’ll definitely lead the convo. Communication styles are more personality-based than gender-based.
8- Do men/men friendships differ from women/men or women/women friendships? How?
Yeah, they do differ. Male-male friendships often focus on shared activities and banter, sometimes avoiding deep emotional talks. Female-female friendships tend to be more emotionally open and nurturing. Mixed-gender friendships can be a mix of both, sometimes more balanced emotionally. But again, it depends more on personality than just gender.
9- Who do you think makes life easier, girls or guys? Why?
Honestly, both face different challenges. Guys may have more freedom in some societies, but they’re also pressured to “man up” and suppress emotions. Girls deal with appearance standards, safety concerns, and social expectations. So neither has it truly “easier.” It’s just different kinds of pressure and responsibility.
10- Describe ideal traits, attributes, and characteristics of your intimate partner.
My ideal partner would be emotionally mature, understanding, and kind. I value good communication, a sense of humor, and mutual respect. Being supportive and open-minded is also important to me. I admire people who are passionate about their goals but also know how to relax and enjoy the little things. Trust and shared values really tie everything together.
