1- Have you ever visited the United States? If not, would you like to visit this country?

No, I’ve never visited the United States, but I’d definitely love to. It seems like such a diverse and exciting country with a lot to explore from cities and national parks to food and entertainment. I’m especially curious about experiencing American culture firsthand. It would be great to visit both tourist spots and lesser-known places. Hopefully someday, I’ll make that trip.

2- Where have you been in the United States? Where would you like to go in the USA and what would you like to see? Why?

I haven’t been to the U.S., but if I could go, I’d like to visit New York City for its energy and landmarks like Times Square and Central Park. I’d also love to see California, especially Los Angeles and San Francisco. Visiting the Grand Canyon and Disney World in Florida is on my list too. Each place seems so different, and I think it’d be fun to see that variety. I’m drawn to both nature and city life.

3- What do you know about New York City? Washington, D.C.? Los Angeles? Other cities?

New York City is known as “the city that never sleeps” full of culture, art, finance, and food. Washington, D.C. is the political heart of the U.S., with the White House and many historical monuments. Los Angeles is the home of Hollywood and has amazing beaches too. Other cities like Chicago and Boston also have their own character, Chicago for architecture and Boston for its academic vibe. Each city tells a different story of the country.

4- What do you know about Oregon? California? Florida? Texas? Other states?

Oregon is known for its beautiful nature, forests, and relaxed vibe. California is super popular for its beaches, tech industry, and entertainment especially Silicon Valley and Hollywood. Florida is warm, known for its theme parks and beaches, while Texas has a bold personality, with a mix of cowboy culture and big cities like Austin and Houston. Every state seems to offer a unique culture and lifestyle.

5- Have you ever met people from the U.S.? What did you think about them?

Yes, I’ve met a few people from the U.S., mostly travelers or through online communities. Most of them were friendly, open-minded, and easy to talk to. They usually have strong opinions, which I respect. I like how many of them are confident and value independence. It’s always fun to exchange views and learn from each other’s backgrounds.

6- What are the top three American products or brands that you love most? Explain

I really like Apple for its sleek designs and tech innovation. Nike is another favorite, comfortable, stylish, and global. Lastly, Netflix stands out because it changed how we watch movies and shows. These brands have made a big impact worldwide and are part of many people’s daily lives. I like how they combine creativity with functionality.

7- Do you agree/disagree that America is a land of opportunity? Explain with examples

I do agree that America is often seen as a land of opportunity. Many people go there to chase their dreams, whether in business, arts, or education. For example, Silicon Valley has helped a lot of people turn ideas into huge tech companies. Hollywood also shows how talent can rise from nothing to fame. But it also depends on personal effort and access to resources.

8- Do you like to listen to American music? Why or why not?

Yes, I enjoy listening to American music, it’s diverse and full of emotion. From pop and R&B to indie and country, there’s something for every mood. Artists like Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, and Billie Eilish have made a huge global impact. The production quality is also top-notch. It’s easy to connect with the lyrics and beats.

9- Do you like Hollywood movies? What have you learned about the U.S. by watching Hollywood movies?

I do like Hollywood movies. They’re entertaining and often have high production value. I’ve learned a lot about American culture, values, and even politics through films. They often show themes of freedom, individuality, and ambition. Movies also reflect social issues, which helps in understanding what matters to people in the U.S. Plus, they’re just fun to watch.

10- Who do you think was the best president in U.S. history? Why?

I think Abraham Lincoln was one of the best presidents. He led the country during the Civil War and worked hard to end slavery. His leadership was strong, yet humble, and he made decisions that shaped America’s future. His speeches, like the Gettysburg Address, still inspire people today. He stood for unity, equality, and moral courage.
