• Are you self-employed? Explain.

Right now, I’m not self-employed. I work for a company as an employee. It’s a pretty good job, and I like my colleagues, but I’ve been considering the idea of starting my own business for a while.

• Have you always been self-employed? Explain

No, I’ve never been self-employed. I’ve always worked for someone else. I’ve learned a lot from my experiences working for different companies.

• Why did you start your own business? Explain. 

There are a few reasons why I’ve been thinking about starting my own business. I like the idea of being my own boss and having more control over my work. I’m also interested in exploring new ideas and developing my own projects. But, it’s a big decision, and I want to be sure I’m prepared before taking the plunge.

• What are some things that you need to consider when starting your own business? Explain. 

I have to be very careful and do a lot of planning when starting a business. Here are a few things that I  think about: A solid business plan is crucial. It’s my roadmap for success. I’ll also need to have enough money to cover initial costs and operating expenses.

• Is it easy to start a business in your country? Why or why not?

It can be challenging to start a business in Iran. There are a lot of regulations and bureaucratic processes involved. But, the government is trying to create a more supportive environment for entrepreneurs. It’s definitely possible, but it requires a lot of effort and perseverance.

• Have you ever worked for a self-employed person?

I’ve never worked for a self-employed person, but I’ve had friends who have. It can be a great experience, but you also need to be prepared for the fact that your employer may not be able to offer the same benefits as a larger company.

• Would you be happier if you were self-employed? Explain. 

I’m not sure I’d be happier if I were self-employed. It’s a big change, and there’s a lot to consider. The freedom and control are appealing, but there’s also a lot of responsibility and risk. I’m still exploring my options.

• What are some of the difficulties in being self-employed? Give examples. 

There are definitely challenges involved in being self-employed. You never know when your next client will come. Plus, you have to be able to handle ups and downs in your income.You also have to work longer hours to build your business.

• Can a freelancer make more money than a full-time employee? Explain.

A freelancer can make more money than a full-time employee, but it depends on your skills, experience, and work ethic. Some freelancers make a lot of money, but others struggle to make ends meet. The same goes for full-time employees.  It’s all about finding the right opportunity.

• Is it easier to find international jobs as a freelancer than an international full-time employee? Explain

It’s generally easier to find international jobs as a freelancer than a full-time employee. There are many online platforms that connect freelancers with clients from all over the world. However, there are still visa requirements and other regulations to consider.
