• How should the government help people who have lost their jobs? Explain. 

The government could help unemployed people by offering financial assistance, job placement services, and vocational training programs. It’s important to provide support and resources to help people get back on their feet.

• Describe an employee whom the employer will never fire.

An employee who is always reliable, hardworking, and goes above and beyond is someone an employer will never want to let go. They are valuable assets to any company!

• When is the best time for a person to start looking for a job? Explain. 

The best time to start looking for a job is usually after you’ve finished your studies.You’ll have more time to dedicate to job hunting and can focus on finding a job that’s a good fit for your skills and experience.

• Is it better to start job hunting while you are still studying and try to combine your studies with work? Why or why not?

It can be challenging to combine studies with work, especially if you’re pursuing a demanding degree. However, it can be a good way to gain experience and earn some income. But, it’s important to prioritize your studies and make sure you can keep up with your coursework.

• Can you remember what your very first job was? Can you tell us about it?

My very first job was as a tutor for younger students. I loved helping them learn and understand their schoolwork. It was a great way to earn some extra money and build my confidence.

• Do you think that at universities students get enough knowledge and practice to have no difficulties when starting to work for some company?

University education is definitely important for gaining knowledge and skills, but it doesn’t always prepare you for the real world of work. It’s crucial to gain practical experience through internships, part-time jobs, or volunteering to learn how things work in a professional setting.

• What should young people do to have enough qualifications after graduation? Explain. 

Young people need to focus on developing a strong skill set and gaining practical experience. They should take advantage of opportunities for internships, workshops, and training programs.  Networking is also essential for building connections and exploring job opportunities.
