How HiCafe App works
HiCafe offers virtual and physical events where users can practice languages with other global learners on curated discussion topics in small groups or 1-to-1. Currently, learners can use HiCafe APP to practice English.
To master a language, you should practice it as much as you can with multiple partners. However, learners usually face challenges in locating partners as well as choosing and scheduling right discussion topics. HiCafe is designed to solve said problems.

You need to have at least 4 credit in your account to attend 1 event.
If you have any other questions or you don’t see an answer here, please message us on our App and our support team will respond promptly.
There are three ways: 1- Go to Buy Credit page on our App, and send a request, 2- Buy from our official sales team listed on this page, 3- Ask your family member or close friends to transfer credit to your account via Transfer Credit page on our App. A word of warning: Do NOT buy credit from online strangers or those you do not know very well.

No, but you can transfer your unused credit to another person.

Anyone 12 years of age and above can join HiCafe. We match event attendants based on similar age ranges along with other factors like language level.
No, even if you miss your event for CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND your control, we do not offer a refund. We strongly suggest you add your next event in your personal or professional calendar and join the event on time.
